Return Process

- Receive a Return Authorization: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions for shipping your item back to us.
- Ship the Item: Securely package your item, include the RAN, and ship it to the address provided. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or defective item sent).
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
Exchanges
